Includes:
- 📄 Submission of one or more abstracts via the platform
- 🧑🔬 Evaluation by the Scientific Committee
Notes:
This stage is open to the public at no cost and is the first step to submitting work for the congress.
If the abstract is accepted, the author must proceed with Article Registration as described below.

- 📄 Registration of one (1) article
- 🧑💼 Registration of a maximum of three (3) authors
- 📚 Publication of the article in the official event proceedings
- 🏅 Evaluation for the best papers section, with the option of publication in scientific journals
- 💻 Access to the congress files: proceedings and official program
- 🎤 Access to all activities, conferences, practical workshops, and event spaces
- ☕ Access to coffee breaks and refreshments
- 🏅 Certificate of presentation and participation
Important Notes:
- The registration fee is per article
- The maximum number of authors per article is three (3).
- If an author registers more than one article, a separate payment must be made for each.
- Registration and payment in this category will only occur once the abstract has been accepted by the Scientific Committee.
- If the author chooses to participate virtually, they will be granted access to virtual rooms where academic activities will take place.
